Vette is named for the imposing peaks that rise above its Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, and it is the true height of refreshing crispness and earthy minerality.

Fermentation

Vinification in steel with short cold maceration, fermentation at low temperature for about 20 days.

Maturation

Ageing on yeasts for 5 months with constant batonnage in steel.

Cellarability

5 years and more.

Standard bottle 0,750 l., Magnum 1,5 l.
