
The San Leonardo Riesling was produced again after almost 100 years of interruption with the 2013 harvest. An interpretation of this vine aged in large oak barrels that soften the strong character ofthis variety, giving it identity and awareness.
Riesling Renano
Vinification in steel with short maceration before fermentation, low temperature fermentation for about 20-25 days.
Ageing on yeasts for 12 months in French oak barrels of 700 litres of first and second pass.
10 years or more.
Standard bottle 0,750 l.
