
Coming from the oldest vineyards of Carmenère, this wine is the very quintessence of our growing area, thanks to its innate ability to evolve over the years.
Carmenère
Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 12-15 days in small cement tanks with several daily and sporadic refillestage.
Ageing of 24 months 70% in barriques and 30% in French oak barrels at medium-sized first, second and third pass, followed by the final assembly. The wine is finally bottled and stays for at least 24 months in our cellars.
30 years or more.
