Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère

Fermentation

Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 12-15 days in small concrete tanks with several daily and sporadic replacements délestage.

Maturation

Aging of 18 months in French oak barrels with medium roasting of first and second pass, followed by final assembly. The wine is finally bottled and stays for at least 18 months in our cellars.

Cellarability

20 years or more.

Standard bottle 0,750 l., Magnum 1,5 l.
